Terms of Service

Commission Process

  • Please contact me on my social medias to commission me.

  • I'll only start after i accept the commission.

  • The payment has to be sent after the sketch is done.

  • I accept paypal and deviantart points as payment.

  • I’ll send you the sketch to confirm if you’re satisfied with it in order to start to lineart it.

  • I only accept major changes in sketching process. After i start lining and coloring, i only accept minor changes.

  • The high-resolution file will be sent to you via sta.sh link, via e-mail or via Toyhouse

  • I will post the completed artwork on my social media and other means as part of my portofolio.

  • It usually takes 3 to 5 days for a commission, depending on complexity my schedule, university exams and whether I have other commissions to finish first.

Rules

  • The customer does NOT have the permission to remove the watermark from the artwork or declare to be the creator of said piece.

  • You CANNOT alter, modify or trace my artwork without asking for permission beforehand, except for cropping (to use it as an icon or profile picture).

  • I have to be credited for the commissioned piece when showcasing it on any site. Reepost it with a watermark/signature and a link back to my Instagram/DeviantArt//Toyhouse account.

  • I have the right to use commission pieces for promotion purpose unless you would not like

  • your commission to be posted, please let me know.

  • I do NOT partake into NFT, meaning that my art CANNOT be minted into any cryptocurrency system.

  • My art CANNOT be used for commercial use, unless previously agreed and paid fot it.

  • If you have purchased an adopt or custom from me, in case of missing payment or refund, I am entitled to sell it again.
